From associate appreciation and company celebrations to leadership meetings and corporate gatherings, Wave brings handcrafted electrolyte drinks and a fully staffed beverage experience to your event. We'll work with you to create a refreshing experience that fits your group. Event-Based Pricing: Every event is a little different, and your Wave Experience should be too! Event-based pricing allows us to customize your beverage service based on your guest count, location, service hours, drink selections, and setup needs. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package, we'll work with you to create an experience that fits your event and provide a personalized quote. All pricing and package details are subject to change based on availability and individual event requirements. No payment is required to submit an inquiry. Your event is officially booked following a signed agreement and required deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your preferred event date or time. Your request will be placed under tentative review, and our team will follow up by email within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss next steps. Your booking is confirmed only after a signed event agreement and required deposit are received. Pricing & Payment No payment is due when submitting your request. However a Credit card may be required to hold the booking. Event pricing is customized based on guest count, location, service hours, beverage selections, and other event requirements. Your final pricing, deposit, and payment schedule will be outlined in your event agreement. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms will be provided in your event agreement. Date changes are subject to availability and may require updated pricing or arrangements. Event Details & Changes Changes to guest count, event location, service hours, or beverage selections must be communicated in advance and approved by Wave. Changes may affect your final pricing. Venue Access & Setup The event host is responsible for providing an agreed-upon, accessible space suitable for Wave's setup and service. Any specific venue, power, water, or other setup requirements will be discussed during event planning. Weather & Outdoor Events Outdoor events may require a weather contingency plan. Weather-related changes, postponements, and cancellations will be handled according to your event agreement. Service Area & Travel Travel, extended service hours, or additional setup requirements may result in additional fees. Any applicable charges will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
